This model has relatively good details
No plugins were used in the modeling.
Some materials are PBR type.
This model is modeled with maximum accuracy. And in modeling, an attempt has been made to observe the correct topology. So you will not find any additional Vertex or Edge or Polygon.
The material library for both render engines is available in the folder.
The interior lights are made of V-ray material, so you can easily change their color or increase or decrease their intensity depending on your needs.
There are one flower box on the ground floor
You can put bushes or flowers in them and if you do not do that you can remove them.

Attention:
Who works in V-Ray version lower than 3.1, be careful, in the materials in the BRDF section there is Microfaset GTR (GGX), if your version is older than 3.1, then the BRDF field will be empty. Choose Blinn, Phong or Ward - which is preferable for you.
